Hello, My name is Suzanne Petrucci, MSW, LCSW and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapist. I have a HIPAA compliant outpatient and virtual practice in New Jersey and a virtual practice in my home office in Delaware, as I am licensed in NJ and Delaware. I have been working in mental and behavioral health for over twenty years, and am honored to serve as an Expert Witness as part of my contribution to this profession. Clinical Social Work represents my second career after a decade in Corporate America and raising a family. This has helped me to understand the work-life balance issues that impact one's ability to participate in the therapeutic process. I am a creative clinician with extensive training in cognitive behavioral therapy, which is widely recognized as one of the most effective therapeutic modalities to date. You are in the right place!
In some cases, I can support individuals with difficult challenges that involve the legal system such as during life transitions involving family law or child custody, disability claims, workman’s compensation, non-violent criminal charges, defamation of character, hostile work environments, motor vehicle accidents, and personal injury. I have served as an expert witness for the court more than 85 times. In these cases, my forensic case review and report writing is conducted outside of therapy and involves the forensic documentation of my findings concerning our work together after a thorough evaluation. This is a highly specialized area, and my caseload is extremely limited to specific cases within my scope.

I have worked as a Military Family Life Consultant while being deployed several times since 2012. I support individuals who have been impacted by traumatic events as well as those needing a trusted compassionate advocate to help guide them in managing their affairs related to their involvement with the court system.
